Celebrating its 10th anniversary of operation this year, the metro runs throughout the city across two lines providing modern and efficient public transport, with safety and the environment being key factors which contribute to improving the quality of life of the citizens of Malaga and the surrounding areas. Recently extended lines show the growth potential to increase ridership on the metro now and in the coming years.
