Well-known as the place to meet and do business, the European Light Rail Congress is an unmissable opportunity to forge new links and connections across the European and UK markets - and now we can confirm our next Congress will be in the beautiful city of Malaga.

For 2024, we took the congress to the beautiful city of Seville, home of the ever innovative Metro de Sevilla as they combat congestion, seek ever more sustainable transit solutions and expand their services across the Andulusia region.

And with a line of expert speakers from across the globe - you can see our 2024 agenda here - it was a chance to share best practice in providing effeciency, discuss the impacts of the latest sustainability and energy-saving initiatives from operators across the world as well building new lifelong connections.

The European Congress in 2024 attracted almost 200 delegates to discuss the latest ideas and innovations within Light Rail.

Exploring the growth of tramways globally as well as within Spain itself, the presentations were a fantastic opportunity to not only share the success of systems across the globe but to also to celebrate the many positive side effects of an integrated urban transit system to both suppliers, operators and, most importantly, the travelling public.
