RIA's award-winning Annual Conference is a much-regarded highlight of the UK rail calendar and 2023 will be no exception. RIA members will have the possibility of meeting face-to-face with clients, industry leaders, influencers, international guests and policy makers. 

 

This year’s Conference focuses on the theme of “Promoting the case for rail and investment in uncertain times”. Over the space of two days, the programme will combine keynote speeches, panel discussions, interview sessions, spotlight exhibitor pitches and unique networking opportunities. Speaker include Andrew Haines, Chief Executive, Network Rail, Huw Merriman MP, Rail & HS2 Minister and Baroness Grey-Thompson DBE, DL.

The Rail Forum are bringing this special Light Rail event to members and are excited to bring both our rolling stock AND infrastructure members together to hear about this exciting topic. 

 

With 10 light rail operating systems across the UK, and more planned, our Light Rail event will provide delegates with a cross section of perspectives covering new innovation, new projects and new opportunities both in the UK and overseas. 

 

This half day event, hosted in the BCIMO dedicated very light rail centre in Dudley, will provide two sessions to give a view on both rolling stock and infrastructure issues relating to light rail from a range of speakers across the sector as well as delivering our roll call, panel Q&As and excellent networking opportunities.
